Comment Hi, I've bought this extremely helpful book: Infused by Susan Elia MacNeal and Leigh Beisch, and it details a lot of things you can infuse, and how best to do it. For example, they suggest using cocoa powder for chocolate infusions, and then sieving it through a coffee filter to totally remove the residue. I thought this would be a better alternative than actual chocolate, as who knows what would be left behind with those! =] Death's Door Spirits Hi All - I ran across a great local and sustainable micro-distillery out of Wisconsin called Death's Door Spirits that offers details on how to infuse their vodka. We brought Death Vodka into our store only to find out that the pitch from the rep was bs. Death's Door has no distillery and if you look on the bottle it says MADE IN IOWA.
